Our Mixologist

Mike Kassabian has already forged a name for himself in mixology circles despite his young age. He competed in the World Class Bartender of the Year competition in Mexico in 2017 winning one of the challenges for Lebanon.

Mike Kassabian

Taking time off from bartending to satisfy his curiosity about complex food preparation, Mike spent some time in the kitchens of 3-star Michelin restaurant Maaemo in Oslo where he acquired further skills and new ideas for his cocktail making.
